We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration information (name, email address, password); trade data you upload or manually enter (tickers, prices, dates, position sizes, P&L); profile information (account size, trading style, trading experience); and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers). We also collect usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; calculate trade grades, behavioral scores, and performance analytics; generate personalized insights, archetypes, and playbook recommendations; process payments and send transactional emails; send product updates and newsletters (you may opt out at any time); detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations.
3. Your Trade Data
Your individual trade data is yours. We do not sell your individual trade data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated trade data (with all personally identifiable information removed) to improve our algorithms, conduct research, and develop new features. This aggregated data cannot be used to identify you individually.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: service providers who assist us in operating the Service (payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email service providers) under strict confidentiality agreements; law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Anonymized, aggregated data derived from your trades may be retained indefinitely for research and product improvement purposes.
